1. Short Initial Interview for character check - 10 min 2. Second interview over the phone 3. English Comprehension Test 4. Skype Interview with someone from the actual team Steps 1-3 were fine. Takes around a week just to get to the next step. On the 4th interview, there was miscommunication regarding the time, then when it was time for the interviewer they said if it could be moved later because they were working on something, and the interviewers connection always got cut when the actual interview happened.
