The overall interview process with Shopee Philippines’ Marketing team is substandard and unprofessional.
The HR assigned to me lacked focus and proper management of requirements and schedules. The application process was messed up and my 2nd level hiring manager interview schedule was mixed up, both of which could have affected my chances of being hired.
Lastly, I was informed of my rejection via a no-reply email. No email from HR.

First I had to take an exam then I underwent 3 different interviews in a span of 3 weeks. First is HR, which I suppose is an intern, then 2 department heads.

Interview
Filling up of roles deemed as important to recruiter prioritised over what you initially stated for, resulting in misalignment. Interview with team was not conducted professionally. Interviewer was more keen on digging dirt on decision my job hunt despite clear, objective reasons stated. Questions were asked in relation to best practices and SOPs, as though they were seeking answers on how to do their job (they stated that there were 'relatively new').
