Shopee Marketing interview questions

1. Online marketing specialist position: Applied online. Went through HR screening which supposedly went well (was informed that the resume would be routed to the hiring manager and an update to be received within the week). Ghosted. 2. Growth projects position: Applied online. Requested to do a 2-parts task (involving data analysis and recommendations to optimising a specific marketing channel) even before meeting anyone. Completed the task and ghosted. Not even a rejection email of sorts. If you've been on the job market for some time, you'd notice that the following positions have been reposted every 3-4 months at Shopee, and sometimes under different recruiters. >Marketing Projects >User Growth Projects >Ad Tech Analyst >Online Marketing Specialist It is apparent that resume farming, along with stealing of free ideas is happening. Highly unethical hiring practices encountered here so if you value your time and worth, I'd recommend to stay away from applying.
