HR interview (10-20mnts) 4. User interview 1 (should be your direct report) >> asking abt your experince, some simple test case, took around 1 hour 5. User interview 2 (should your manager/your direct report boss) >> more focusing about critical thinking in general, asked your expereince, some simple test case 6. Background check >> HR team will asked your previous colleague about your performance. They had the template and will sent it to your colleague. So better to prepare your colleague to get reach by the HR 7. Offering >> it took a week after your background check, you may counter it, they will review and get back to you one they got the newest offer

Go through HR screening first which is more about behavior and describing your experience. Should be prepared to go into detail. 2nd round is with one of the team members. Went through an actual case related to the role.
