Screening interview (call with HR), case specific to the group you're allocated to, 2 manager interviews about the case. Overall slow process with a lot of back-and-forth with HR, not much transparency on what specific group/product you're interviewing for.

First round through recruiter on Linkedin, had a voice call where she asked questions about previous experience and then recommended relevant departments.
Second round with Senior Product Manager - more technical questions related to the department and tried to see how my experience fit
Third round also with Senior Product Manager.

Interview
Dubious hiring practices where they reach out to you numerous times on LinkedIn, each time offering you different roles/positions in the team. I decided to try interviewing for one of the roles on their job portal, not the one which the recruiter was hiring for.
3 rounds where I met the recruiter, a peer and the hiring manager/head of department.
Role eventually offered was different from the role I was interested in, and also different from what they told me about. After that, during salary negotiations, they pressure you to accept, saying how good the role, pay and organisation is.
Seemed to me like they just need people, not particular people, so I wasn't convinced
