Shopee Shopee Global Leaders Program interview questions

There were a total of 4 Rounds. Round 1 - Online Assessment. Once I was shortlisted and passed the paper screening, they sent me a link via email to answer the online logical examination. Round 2 - HR Interview. I had my one-on-one interview with their HR via Skype. The interviewer just determined my fit in the company, asked about my background and motivations as to why I wanted to work for Shopee/pursue GLP. Most questions were behavioral and situational. Round 3 - Case Interviews. There were a total of 2 case interviews, the first one was interviewer-led and the second one was candidate-led. I found this difficult since I haven’t had any experiences with case interviews. I suggest that before taking these, you should definitely practice beforehand and familiarize yourself with the interview process and sample cases from Mckinley/BCG. I wasn’t able to reach Round 4 but from what I know, it is a panel interview with the senior management.
