Siemens Digital Industries Software Advanced Apprenticeship - Engineering (Train Signalling) interview questions

Attended an assessment centre where we undertook a group exercise, technical exercise and interview. The group exercise involved constructing a bridge out of paper, plastic cups and sellotape. It was a timed assessment with 5 minutes planning and 20 minutes for construction. The technical exercise involved wiring a plug, apparently, the assessors were looking at how we approached and solved problems. The interview was conducted by two members of the signalling design team and was a strengths-based interview.
