Interview
Two interviews; First with a HR, second with multiple (senior) tech guys. Very quick responses and exceptionally clear rationale about the company.
The overall experience was the best i've had with any company. It was clear what the steps were, what they wanted from you and what they would offer in return. I greatly valued the honesty on why their offer was not 'the best' out there (They did not want to big differences between employees, just because they switched on the right moment).
