Slack SRE Manager interview questions

How do you build a diverse team. (Most interviewers focussed on this) Tell me a time you had a challenging interaction with a manager from a different team. (asked multiple ways by multiple people, but basically the same question/answer. Prepare multiple answers.) Tell me a time when you had a challenging employee interaction (same as last question, have multiple scenarios for the same question). Whiteboard a system you worked on, in as much detail as you can. What would you say are your strengths and weaknesses. What would your reports say is your management style.
