The application process was smooth and straightforward. I was contacted shortly after applying and had an introductory interview with a recruiter. After that, I had a technical interview with a consultant. Communication was clear throughout, and I always knew what to expect.

Question 1
The most important question I was asked was about my overall QA approach, how I ensure quality throughout the development cycle. I explained how I combine risk-based testing, clear test design, early collaboration with developers, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable results.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sogeti (Londen, Engeland) in Sep 2018
Interview
First stage was a phone interview which led to another with phone interview which went over my cv and technical knowledge and experience. This was followed by a face to face with two of their managers. The questions were really around my knowledge and in depth experience on the job. They also told me a lot about the company and what their careers had been like.
They both came across as really nice and personable while also very knowledgeable as well.
What really struck me was that they seemed to really like their jobs, they had both been at Sogeti for up to a decade but you could tell they enjoyed working there.
Overall, a very good experience from start to finish. They seem like really nice people.
