Interview
Met bunch of HR interns hiring IT intellectuals, You will be interviewed also by VPs, SVPs etc. All promote on how business development is a part of the job (later you realize that is the only main expected task, how many projects you buy). They are big on getting certified candidates. However this does not qualify the candidate to think good on getting project by himself, when on bench. The bench days are not addressed at the interview, but probably shall be more, due to a lack of good projects Glocally.

1. These are glocal projects, but you are ok with occasional traveling?
2. We pay on lower side, but we compensate with training, would that be ok?
3. We expect multiple responsibilities. As consultant you will be responsible for business development with getting business for us. How would you plan that?
The interview process was straight forward and simple. It started with an introductory call and then the first-round interview, followed by an interview with a couple seniors from your potential team.

il faut passer plusieurs entretiens, un social, un technique et un sur la perspective d’avenir avec plusieurs personnes différentes. L’entretien technique est un questionnaire sur un langage de programmation avec a la fin un programme plus long a faire. on discute ensuite des réponses données et des erreurs eventuelles
Prise de contact sur LinkedIn suivie d'un entretien à distance qui fut assez classique avec revue du parcours, du profil et des aspirations qui a débouché sur une proposition dans la foulée.
