Interview
There were two interviews in total, one with a recruiter and one with my potential team manager.
Both interviews were fairly relaxed, and in both cases I got the clear impression that not only are they interested in evaluating me for the position but they were also very keen on presenting themselves and why I would want to work there. In essence, there was a balance where both parties were evaluating each other and presenting themselves to the best of their ability. I appreciated that very much.
After the second interview I was given links to do a formal personality test and logic test.

Typical interview structure: Telephone, Face-to-Face, meet hiring managers. Bing, bang, bosh, done! It's pretty simple - do your research, eat a decent breakfast, wake up on the day - smash their pants off. They'll love it.
