Many many interviews. Tech interviews by phone and a few interviews in person. The process was fairly long, but several other offers didn't pan out, so I had availability when the offer was finally made to me.

Campus process. They required the creation of a powerpoint about myself and had me present it to two groups which included the office leadership. I didn't like the fact I had to waste my time to create a powerpoint. The interviewers were respectful and seemed decent enough.
