Kennismakingsgesprek ingepland, tijdens de kennismakingsgesprek veel gepraat om vervolgens te zeggen dat er niet voldoende aansluiting is doordat er te weinig ervaring is. Dat is absurd aangezien het in de CV al duidelijk was, dus waarom nog het gesprek ingepland?

Get to know each other in 1 hour interview. Interviewer was a very nice person who knew a lot about the company and its core business. No clear data proposition or understanding thereof.

First round: 4 online tests: digit test, verbal test, geometry test and their own process test.
Second round: interview with an HR recruiter and a high level manager. Mostly to see if you can fit in
Third round: Interview with a department leader, mainly focus on your skills, experience, knowledge within the field
