Interview
There were five questions about previous experience. Specific situations, like telling a time when you disagreed with a manager etc. Nothing else. No waiting or any negative experience. The interviewer said to reach me in a week.
Just a simple interview where you talk about your experience and get a free coffee as well. Your best bet is to be really friendly and bubbly and excited with completely open availability
First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).

Tell me about a time where you had to navigate a situation where the supervisor wasn’t available.
Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.
