Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

First a phone interview with a recruiter then a panel interview on zoom with 2 district managers. I was pretty disappointed especially since I used to be a store manager at Starbucks that I just got a generic email rejection instead of a phone call, but it made me feel like maybe I dodged a bullet since it’s obviously not the same great company I left a decade ago.
