Statkraft AS Engineering Trainee interview questions

3 days after my application, I have received an e-mail stating that I was among the selected candidates to go through an online SHL assessment. After a couple of free warm-up tests, I completed the test a day earlier than the deadline. Without the preparation time, I think the test took around 1.5 hour. After the test, I started to wait for a response regarding my results and whether I passed it or not. Here is the funny part: They started ghosting me. 2 weeks after the test (a day before group interviews), I have sent an e-mail to the recruiter and asked for an update. No response. Then, I wrote to the recruiter via LinkedIn. Again, no response. After asking people to spend hours for a test, you should at least have the courtesy to tell them that they have failed.
