Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Supermicro) IT Engineer interview questions

Application & Interview Process: Applied in December and received a call for the first interview on February 11. The second interview took place on February 27. Both rounds were technical, conducted with the direct team and senior technical staff. Experience: The interview process itself was structured and focused on technical skills relevant to the role. However, after the second round, I received no further communication. Despite following up, there has been complete silence from the company. Feedback: Lack of response after multiple interview rounds is unprofessional and disappointing. Candidates invest significant time preparing, and a simple update—whether positive or negative—would have been appreciated. Poor communication reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process.
