The application process is done online. I was called for an interview and we sat down and the manager asked me questions such as "why would you be good at sales?", "name one experience when you had to upsell something", "where do you see yourself in 5 years", etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The mult. questions about my sales experience since I had none at the time, but it wouldn't be ok to just say that. I had to think back on ANY experience and use that as an example so I used the time when I was a waitress and had to upsell food specials.
It went pretty simple met with two managers and had to answer a couple questions about past sales experiences and after that it wasn’t that bad. But I didn’t end up feeling that good after the interview but I got the job.
They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Jun 2025
