I applied online. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
I signed into the zoom meeting which is provided in an email they allowed me to choose any day from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Eastern standard Time. Then you join a group interview where they will then in turn publicly interview you one by one asking you qualification questions like whether or not you are eligible to work in Canada. Once you pass the initial interview and qualify you are sent to a room to answer more questions with another individual. If they are satisfied with your responses to the questions like your internet speed and social insurance number etc you'll be given a link to write an exam testing your typing skills and overall English skills. Once you complete the test they will tell you if you passed or not and they will send you to a specific recruiter who will then interview you asking some common interview questions like what experience you have. They will then choose an account that best suits you and your skills. If you were satisfied with the pay and the hours of work and the type of account that they'd like to give you they offer you an opportunity to train and meet with the coordinator or supervisor of that company. Then you will be interviewed via zoom with that representative and at that point they choose whether or not you are a good fit for that account and that company. It was overall a very good experience.
