TP Customer Service interview questions

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing for a customer service position, and I must say it was a positive experience. The interviewer was exceptionally friendly. The questions asked were relevant to the position, allowing me to effectively showcase my skills and experience. Overall, it was a great interview.

I had an informal phone call with a few simple questions to assess if I was suitable and later a more formal interview on the phone with a recruiter. I had to complete some online test as well.
