Interview
The interview for the customer service position at the call center lasted about half an hour and took place in a private conference room. The interviewer, a manager at the call center, began by asking about previous customer service experience and why I was interested in this particular role. The interviewer then asked her a series of questions about her knowledge of Microsoft products and services, which I answered confidently and accurately. In the final portion of the interview, the interviewer asked me to describe a difficult customer situation and how she would handle it. I provided a thoughtful and thorough response, demonstrating my ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism. Overall, I felt that the interview went very well.

Interview
I first had a good exchange with the interviewer in Duth. She intructed me to take a test. I was than offered a second interview because of my satisfactory result. After that I was given a timetable for my training to start.
