TP Customer Services interview questions

Telephone interview then face to face. Group interview included & an assessment about data input. Reasonably quick to reply & offer job . Easy process & being there a few years now, anyone gets hired! Apart from if the do a background check & it comes up you havent been a resident for more than 5 years or any convictions.

First interview normal questions about the CV, life experience, aspirations, and an online test. Then the worst interview ever. Confused girl, I think she was very young, she was aggressive and she started to criticizing me before to even ask me questions about me. It was embarrassing, she couldn't speak proper English and with rude manners for unknown reasons as we don't know each other. How do know how they hire this kind of ignorant and unpolite people to select other people. Scary.
