After you fill out the necessary information on the website, you will receive a call two days after for an initial interview. If you passed the initial interview, then you will be interviewed for final interview, after you passed that you will be instructed to go to the recruitment hub for an assessment.

Why do you want to work in a call center industry?
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
