Several brief interviews but most over the phone which was good. I had asked directly about travel and they said basically no travel. When I got to the final, they told me 25-50% travel. Had they been upfront, it would have wasted far less of their time and my time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2011
Interview
it was more of behavioral interview. i was interviewed by 4 different people on the same day. one was technical and others more scenario based. i was referred by my manager at the time and i came with high recommendation from my peers as well. so it made it easier for me to be hired.
