I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
My interview process lasted about 3 weeks in total. I first had an initial phone screening with the recruiter. I was then passed on to 2 different store managers or ETL's which ended with my last interview with a district manager. All of these were either phone conversations or skype/video interviews since I was in a different city for school!

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied through a job fair at my university. While speaking to the recruiter, he asked me what I am most proud of on my resume. He then scheduled me to interview with Target at my University. I interviewed with a Target store manager, who asked all behavioral questions. A few weeks later, I moved onto the next round of interviews at a local Target. I was interviewed by the District Manager and HR District Manager, who asked more behavioral questions. I was given a tour of the store and about 20 minutes after I left the store I received a call from headquarters giving me interview feedback and that they are offering me the job.
