Interview
You're first interviewed by an HR person, who then directs you to a leader of a specific area in the store where you would fit better according to your qualifications and preferences.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2013
Interview
The interview process is pretty easy. You get two interviews back to back with a team lead, both of which are typically about 15 minutes on average. They ask you to come into their office and usually start the interview right away because they are trying to get back to whatever they were doing before you came along. The questions they ask are super simple, like "what is one of your biggest strengths?" After you're done with both of your interviews, you will speak with HR and they will go over how much they can offer you hourly.
