I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Oct 2013
Interview
Only 2 interviews... I applied online and a week later I received a call from Target's H.R. department. I was question a little about my retail experience and warehouse experience. She advised me that I would have to meet with her for a 1:1 interview. After that interview I was sent to a second interview with the Logistics Team Leader, and he advised me of the daily duties and wanted to know some of the similar things as H.R. After that, I was sent back to H.R. and given an offer. All in the same day.

Question 1
The most difficult question may have been, "If a guest comes to the register and says that the price of an item you rang up is listed a little less on the store shelf, What do you do?"
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Redding, CA) in Nov 2010
Interview
Applied in store at the kiosk. Was called in to interview for a seasonal flow team opportunity. The interview process was very straight forward and took about two weeks. There were no really stressful questions and I was even told by the ETL of logistics that I just had to pretty much show up and I wouldn't be fired.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Winona, MN)
Interview
I was contacted by telephone a few days after submitting my application. I ended up going in for two interviews, and was given paperwork for a drug test at the end of the second interview. After my drug test came back negative, they called me and set up my orientation.

Question 1
They had me interview one-on-one with three different people; it was all pretty straight-forward. The most difficult question was probably "what is your biggest weakness?" This was my first job interview, so I didn't really know what to expect and that one caught me off-guard.
