I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied online and was called two days later. Quick phone interview, was asked why I wanted to work at Target and to talk a little about myself. Set up an in-person interview for the following day. Arrived ten minutes early was told to wait by the pharmacy and that someone would be with me shortly. Was met by the one of team leaders, and was taken to the back for the interview. Interviewed by the team leader followed by an interview by her superior, not the store manager but a manager, and finally talked with the HR representative. HR did ask some questions but wasn’t a formal interview she told me she just liked getting to know the applicants. Overall a great experience, don’t know why I was so nervous. Was offered a job after all three interviews/sessions. Accepted the offer, submitted a background check, no drug testing needed.

Interview
Must pass an online assessment test. When you finish they call you to set up an interview with the STL and ETL of the store. After that they call u back a few days to let you know if your hired or not. Fast process because I got hired as a seasonal worker.
