The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Culver City, CA) in Jun 2010
Interview
applied at 4:00am, got a phone call at 8:00am same day. Went in for an interview at 12:00pm Got hired by 1:00pm, drug tested at 2:00pm Started working 2 months later (brand new target store, was still under construction) (traing took 2 weeks)(paid training) after 3 days of training you get pretty board, because you do the same thing for the next week and a half.

Question 1
Name a time when a customer was upset and you had to solve the issue?
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
