Interview
Straightforward interview with managers who asked about previous experience in retail and customer service. You could tell that the upper managing staff did not care about their employees and would cover the problematic behavior to appease to regional managers.

Tell me about a difficult stakeholder.
Tell me about solving a problem.
Tell me about managing expectations.
The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Interview
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
