Interview
The first in person interview was with floor manager. We went over my resume and previous job responsibilities. I was also asked practical questions on how I’d handle certain situations.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where someone was asking for a specific product but only provided descriptions?
This story can answer several questions:
Tell me about a time you worked cross-functionally.

Tell me about a difficult stakeholder.
Tell me about solving a problem.
Tell me about managing expectations.
The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Interview
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
