Target Sales Associate interview questions

Very easy process. The interview process with Target was easy, I interviewed with the team lead and then HR. Very straight forward and to the point. A lot of situational and behavioral questions.

The interview process is with your potential manager. It is one interview session after applying externally. They go over your application and review questions from the application. They do ask scenario based questions. The questions are asking how you dealt or would deal with issues that could arise while working retail.
