Tata Consultancy Services Angular Developer interview questions

After 2 rounds of technical interview and 1 managerial round, 1 HR round, interview process was completed, offer letter was provided, I resigned from my current organization based on the offer letter I got from TCS, after 2 months HR said that sorry we can't go ahead with your application as your BGV is negative because your college is blacklisted and we were not aware of it. This was not accepted from TCS, someone resigned from the current company because you provided the offer letter. Now the revoke option of the resignation is also not visible. What will be the situation of that candidate? What the hell is TCS up to? How can such a renowned company such as TCS do this? HR should be aware of this on the first place. This was totally unacceptable from TCS. Dear candidate please make sure whether your college is blacklisted from TCS or not before applying to such company or else you will also face the same thing and you will be left with no job at last.
