There was a 2 day selection procedure.
Day 1...
Procedure started with the ppt(pre-placement talks), queries related to job,placement procedure was clarified satisfactorily.Then there was a 80 mins online written examination in which multiple choice questions from quantitative aptitude,logical reasoning,verbal n nonverbal were asked..only 35% students were able to made online written exam and qualify for the interview on day 2.
Day 2...
Interviews were divided into 2-3 rounds.(depending on your performance).
In 1st round interviews questions related to technical field(your area of interest) plus questions about your project and internship.
2nd Interview was management round, in which situational based questions were asked.
3rd round was HR round,comprised of formal conversation about personal details like family background...and general questions like where you like to work with us..

Hiring through campus interview depends on your GRADE POINT AVERAGE obtained in your graduation level & on your collage obviously. If your score in B.E/B.TECH is more than 75% then you can go for a direct PI round. but if your score is in 60%-75% then you have to sit for an Aptitude test.if you pass that round then you have to sit for the PI round. that's all.
