Hiring process was well planned and executed in multiple rounds.Every round was meaningful and served the purpose that it was meant for.
Interview panel was knowledgeable and tested the skills that the candidate required to possess.Rather than having a traditional interview round, it was an assessment centre where a candidate was tested using rounds like, in box exercise,presentation and interview

The panel had 3 members. I was asked mostly about on my internship experience. Questions about your specialization are pretty common. They don't expect you to know everything as it's an entry level job but you must be confident when you answer. The interview was going on for 10 minutes maybe and they were really good.
Business Aptitude test, after that if cleared, they will mail nd invite for interview. It comprises of managerial, Tr and hr round all in one, and mostly they will ask deep dive into your resume, current affairs and technical questions related to the skills.
Behavioral Questions: These assess past performance.
"Tell me about a time you led a team through a difficult project."
"How do you prioritize competing deadlines?"
Situational Questions: These gauge your problem-solving skills.
"Imagine a team member is consistently underperforming. How would you handle this?"
"Why Us" Questions: These check your motivation and fit.
"Why are you interested in a management trainee role specifically at our company?"
