I was interviewed for Chat support agent in one of the tele-company here in Canada. They just asked me for my past job and if I have customer service experience. Then they asked me for a role play in how I handle if customer chat me about those type of questions. So far, it's easy for me if you have at least 6 months of customer service experience.

Question 1
Question: What would you do if you had multiple customers waiting and a complex issue to solve for one of them?
Answer: I explained that I would prioritize by quickly acknowledging each customer, letting them know I would be with them shortly. I’d then try to address the complex issue by providing the best initial solution possible, possibly escalating it if it required more time to resolve fully. Balancing the workload while keeping customers informed helps maintain a positive experience for everyone involved.

It was a easy process the question that the interviewer asked me was very easy to ans but one thing is that you have to be fluent in English and Hindi.
