The process is very long and there is much gap between the interview and the joining is not yet provided.Since 2024 onwards i am waiting for techm.waste of time.Dont wait for onboarding if your selected for techm which is worst phase in hiring.

interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
