Rounds are clear, procedure was smooth ... Covers all aspects of the particular position I was been interviewed for. I found the best part the entire interview was being asked straight forward questions along with situation based which included both general work environment situations as well as process related situations with separate bases.
The interview process had 3 rounds. First, the HR person spoke to the candidates and then, the Hiring manager took a round mostly based on the resume. I did not wish to continue with the opportunity, since the JD did not align with my aspiration.
Interviewers were not friendly nor supportive. Their were 4 on-site rounds followed by an OA.
1. DSA/Technical round
2. Group Discussion Round
3. Manager Round discussion around projects.
4. HR Round
It was smooth. The managers were cooperative. The HRs were also very cooperative. The questions were quite easy and also, the interviewers make you feel really comfortable. I enjoyed my time at Tech Mahindra. It is a really good company for freshers to join.
