I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra in Apr 2019
Interview
The first round of interviews is usually a phone screening interview where the recruiter asks you some basic questions about your skills and experience. The next round is typically a technical interview where you'll be asked questions related to your technical skills and experience. This may include coding tests, problem-solving exercises, or questions about your past projects. If you pass the technical interview, you'll move on to the final round, which is typically an HR interview. This interview will focus on your communication skills, personality, and fit for the company culture.
