Tesla Software Developer interview questions

A few days after applying to an open position; I received a template e-mail inviting me to complete a technical assignment. I completed the technical assignment and even though I scored very close to 100% through the automated unit tests; a week after completing the test I received another template e-mail saying that I did not pass the threshold. At no point through this process have I been reached out by an actual recruiter and treated like a human being. Even the e-mail communications have been completely anonymized and were completely generic, created from a template. It's extremely disappointing that such a large company doesn't treat potential candidates like human beings and does not even pretend to do so. This experience has been a lesson for me and completely changed my view of this company and its brand name. The way a company treats their potential candidates is the same way they treat their employees and their customers.
