Interview
First initial call was with the recruiter going over basic questions and information about the role, followed up by a second call with the hiring manager. Second part was a Python take home exam, which had to be completed online and was a90 min timed exam. Heard back from recruiter after weeks of waiting.

Question 1
Describe previous experiences, biggest achievement in career and why I want to work at Tesla and how I would be a good fit for the role.
Hour-long phone screen. Spent several evenings writing a well-organized Python web app as a response to a prompt. They flew me out and interviewed me for several hours. The interview included preparing a short presentation.

One of the questions seemed to be probing for some clever way of using the filesystem to address a tricky problem. They seemed to have a specific right answer in mind. Not exactly a brain-teaser, but it did seem like a bit of a you-get-it-or-you-don't question.

Two interviews. One with a software engineer of the team. The second was with the hiring manager of the team. I was questioned on sql and c# on the first interview, the next interview was more a behavioral, Troubleshooting techniques, debugging etc
