Multiple phone interviews with multiple levels of individuals from the company, then an in person panel interview with multiple individuals from the location. Also gave a tour at the end of the interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Jun 2010
Interview
Overall, great interviewing experience with the Home Depot. Went through a phone screen with the recruiter and then go invited to the HQ in Atlanta for two 1:1 interview with the Manager and Sr. Manager. A week later, they wanted another phone interview, but this time with the Regional Manager. Overall typical interview questions, nothing too difficult.
Panel interview in front of 6 people that lasted about an hour, and then a tour of plant/warehouse where I was able to asked questions in a more relaxed setting, then salary negotiation after getting an offer on the spot
Interview was casual and the recruiter was easy to talk to. They allowed me to ask a lot of questions and gave me a very detailed look into what I would be doing as an employee at the company.
