Interview
I applied online and got a call the next day. I had a phone interview and after I passed that was scheduled for a one on one interview. I went in and got my first interview with the manager and she told me I was moving on to the next round. I interviewed with the store manager the same day and he offered me the job on the spot..

Interview
You have to apply through the website, and pick the store you want to work at. Then you talk with the HR at the store level with a face-to-face. For hourly spots, they often will have pre-printed/chosen questions to ask, based a terrible computer program they rolled out not too long ago, and your own background. There isn't anything formal, you just have to not sound like a complete moron. For salary, you talk with the store manager, and it's a longer process, (though usually futile because they typically promote from within).
