I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Bay City, MI) in Feb 2012
Interview
Received a computer generated phone call and answered questions to the computer generated voice on the phone. Questions were fairly straight forward questions, such as "would I be interested in this particular opening" or "would I be available nights and weekends". Next I received a call from a human who asked deeper questions regarding my skills and background. From there I had a group interview and a few days later was offered a position but turned it down as the money was not enough to pay my bills.
