Interview
Corporate called me and held a phone interview which took about 20 minutes. They asked a couple questions about prior customer service experience, how I would handle certain situations, and leadership examples. Then they told me that if they liked me I would be called by the Home Depot store I applied to. I got a call a week later from the store, we set up an interview for 5 days later. Went to the interview, was asked almost same questions I was asked on the phone. Then did a role play with the manger on customer service. Then they told me that they would call me. I got a call a few days later to come in for a second interview the following week. I go in and they offered me a position.
