The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Feb 2012
Interview
Originally applied online with the home depot. I received follow up phone call in which i was asked to respond to scenarios about my experiences, and recipient wrote down my answers, which was awkward. I then had a one on one interview which was exciting, but found out the pay was much lower than I had anticipated. I received a follow up phone call that informed me that corporate made a mistake, that the position was unavailable and would i be interested in another associate position, and I was. So I took the job. The people I met were genuinely nice, and the work culture seemed pleasant and enthusiastic. I received a warm welcome from my coworkers.

Interview
Interviewed for a promotion to Front-end Supervisor. At that point I was already debating leaving the company, but decided to give it a shot anyways. It consisted of five several scenario-type questions given by the Ops Manager. All of them were generic. Following that, the General Store Manager interviewed my about the various changes I would bring to the department.
