Interview
One question was asked and that was why does your availability say only weekday, we only hire open availability. And that was it. Shocked but true. That's exactly what they did. Waste of time and energy and makeup bc that question was asked on the application before I came in. Why I was called in, I am not sure.
They didn't ask anything else, but my question is why would you not help a single mom in your community find a job who has a PROVEN sales record for writing a thousand detail leads for their competitor ? Strange. And all you had to do was give me some hours that would be beneficial to my family. But see the issue to me is, these companies have ZERO home Life balance and they don't care. They just hire hire hire and there's zero focus on retention.
