Application submitted frist week of July. I received follow up call 2 weeks later to have a pree screen call right away. Was set with virtual call with HRD one week later that also had an operations figure in place. 2 weeks later i had an in persopn store walk with operations before finally being set with another HR director virtually. I was told i was hear back in a week. This was now mid August. By end of September, I had not heard back nor was there a response to my follow up emails, so i had to rescind my offer as i received another offer. The position was still open when i rescinded and no additional feedback was presented about the delay. I did like meeting with the first HRD and operational partner and would have liked the job if offered however was completely turned off by lack of communication and lack of response.

The interview process was very average to their competitors. They ask 4-6 questions and most are about managing a team and the environment you would expect to work in. I.E warehouse work and safety. Keep these things in mind when going into the interview.
