Thoughtworks Software Engineer interview questions

The process was really good and efficient. Every step was clear from the start and there was no ambiguity. First step was a phone interview, pretty general questions. Second step was a coding assignment. They are rigorous in their coding standards and expect high quality code. The best part was that after I got a rejection, I requested for the reasons behind it. The recruiter personally called me and shared with me the reasons in detail which was extremely nice on his part. Overall it was a very positive experience and I learned a lot from it.
